20 kids with foamy's came down the cliff

Ok, so I know some spots arnt that secret, but they're certainly not beginners places, but today, I couldn't believe what I saw as 20 kids with foamy's came down the cliff path with their 'adventure guide' to have a surf. The fact that one of the kids nearly cracked his head open on the rocks jumping into the water from the cliff started it out bad. From what i saw not only does surf etiquette say they should never have brought them down to this spot, but also they weren't capable of looking after their group properly either, and that means lives in danger, which is just plain dumb ass. Next, yes there is a next! I managed a swift hours water time before dark (thank god the days are lengthening!) but with only 4 out including me in 2 miles of beach, I picked a peak for myself, and low and behold, one guys paddles all the way up the beach to join me on my peak, and then proceeds to drop in on the waves....after politely explaining my joy at this show of camaraderie to him in French, I paddle away and had a great surf into darkness, kicking myself that I'd spoiled it thanks to my French.
