3 a day for 33 years!

Sometimes, we foolishly think we're living the dream, surfing as much and as hard as we can, and then you remember there's extraordinary guys like Dale Webster, who's been catching a minimum of three ways a day since 1975. Dale now fifty eight has surfed those three waves a day for 33 years, that's a staggering 12,054 days and counting, come rain, illness, on-shores and pumping perfection, bottom line we all need to get a few more days in to come anywhere near close.

While many Olympians got to break a bunch of world records this year, Dale gets to brake his own World record everyday. Tomorrow, as always, dawn will come, the waves will break and Dale Webster will surf. "For me it comes down to this," he says. "We have this short time on earth -- what are we going to do with it?"
