The Dither

Its pumping, clean overhead offshore, if it wasnt for the cold, it feels like a hurricane swell. I check it out for a bit, but the longer I look, the more frustrated I become, the lulls between sets are so long, no one can hold position, no ones getting anything, my 5 minute check turns into a frustrating hour, several phones calls with equally frustrated friends who've been searching since first light, arnt turning up any alternative options either, arghh!

After a coffee, we hit the south coast, not big, but clean with few out, we're in. Hopefully tomorrow something a bit more special if the grapevine is right and the swell holds, its road trip time.
