Last night was pretty crowded at Watergate as well, not quite 200 in the water, but A LOT. What was "interesting" was the amount of Dropping-In going on... everywhere! No-one seems to give a stuff about the drop-in rule any more. When it's head high or bigger it gets pretty stupid.
