One duck ice cream head
Grabed a session on the south today, the air felt warm, so no hood, first duck dive, instant ice cream headache, not happy. Who's for hitting the moors this weekend assuming the snows still about? I feel like getting ice-cream hands this time round from throwing snow balls.
Another pic from earlier this month on the dawny.

I'm ashamed to say that when surfing at fistral a couple of weeks ago i'd only been in for a half hour or so, went for my third wave, rode it in some way just as the rest of the set reared up. After about 10 increasingly painful duck dives with what seemed another set looming, i turned for shore, tail between my legs. I don't think i've felt a more intense ice cream head, i need a new hood! As my dad always says 'It's only supposed to be fun!!'

No shame in the early get out, I saw some friends last only 2 waves the same day.

yes i concur .... in fact it was that cold i spent several minutes trying to work out if it was possible to hold myself inverted long enough in order to feel a warm breeze over my toes due to a well aimed fart......alas the seal between my suit and boot was not air tight.
