Wood is Good

With all the interest in alaias of recent, I thought Cyrus Sutton's trailer "Tom's Creation Plantation" which is half make it, half stoke it on ancient wooden surfboards was worth sharing. Especially with the crazy footage of folks surfing them. Apparently its out in April. 

Then there's Tom Wegener talking alaia at the Patagonia Surf Shop, and Rasta ripping on them.

Then there's guys like Derek Hynd, doing the no fins take with PU boards instead of wood, in this case footage from J-Bay.
